About The Position

Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is hiring a part-time, year-round Server to provide attentive, polished dining service and create memorable guest experiences. The role includes greeting guests, helping them choose food and beverages, anticipating and responding to their needs, managing several tables efficiently, coordinating with the team, and handling questions or concerns professionally. The position is located in Avon, Colorado, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. that include weekends and holidays. The stated pay rate is $15.16 per hour plus tips. The anticipated start date is ASAP.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Passion for food and beverage.
• Passion for hospitality.

Nice To Haves

• One year of food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, attentive service from greeting through farewell.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and daily menu selections.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and respond quickly to requests.
• Manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency during busy periods.
• Build genuine guest connections and create memorable dining experiences.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team to keep service running smoothly.
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally, using good judgment and a solutions-focused approach.
