Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of proper linen handling, waste disposal, safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reliability, time management skills, accountability, and a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, residences, corridors, and common areas in accordance with resort standards
- Refresh accommodations by replacing linens, restocking guest amenities, and preparing each space for arriving guests
- Identify and communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items through established procedures
- Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, cleaning tools, and supplies stocked, organized, and ready for each shift
- Assist with detailed cleaning assignments, room turnovers, and additional housekeeping responsibilities while delivering courteous, guest-focused service
