About The Position

The Food & Beverage Support Team Member at Colletta, located at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado, supports servers and bartenders to keep service moving and create a seamless guest experience. The role involves delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, preparing and resetting tables, supporting bar setup and stocking, and anticipating team needs throughout service. This is a fast-paced role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail and cleanliness, and the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, walk at a pace, and carry trays and plates of varying sizes and weights. The posted schedules are 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. The position is offered as part-time or full-time, seasonal or year-round. The start date is ASAP, and the posting closes November 15, 2026, or when filled. Pay is $16.

Requirements

Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness.
Be able to stay on your feet for hours at a time and walk at a pace in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to carry trays and plates of varying sizes and weights.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to keep service flowing.
Keep dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests throughout each shift.
Reset and prepare tables to create a polished, welcoming space.
Support bartenders with stocking, glassware, bar setup, and maintaining an efficient work area.
Anticipate the team’s needs and assist wherever needed to keep operations moving.
