About The Position
Food & Beverage Support Staff help breakfast service run smoothly at Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. The role supports servers and bartenders, keeps dining spaces inviting, and helps provide guests with a seamless dining experience. The position is offered as part-time or full-time, seasonal or year-round, with a schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and a pay rate of $16.
Requirements
- Have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Be able to stay on your feet for hours at a time and walk at a fast pace.
- Be able to carry trays and plates of varying sizes and weights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while keeping service flowing.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests throughout each shift.
- Reset and prepare tables so guests enter a polished, welcoming space.
- Support bartenders with stocking, glassware, bar setup, and maintaining an efficient work area.
- Anticipate the team’s needs and assist wherever needed to keep operations moving.
