Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Experience handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items that suit their preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling transactions securely.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, daily specials, and changes to communicate accurately with guests.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
