About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living. This is a part-time position with a starting wage of $15-$16 per hour. The Server role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing the dining area for service, and maintaining tidiness in the dining room. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years of age, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and are comfortable with physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role also requires assisting residents with mobility and ensuring a safe and clean environment. A criminal background check is required.

Requirements

  • At least sixteen (16) years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
  • Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
  • Foster an environment where residents can connect.
  • Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
  • Bus tables.
  • Sweep floors.
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Assist persons after a fall.
