About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Server to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience for our residents. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, preparing tables, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. We are looking for an energetic and positive individual who enjoys interacting with seniors and contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, including prepping salads and rolling silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
