About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and personalized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, and collaborating with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
