About The Position

Meadow Lakes Assisted Living is hiring a Server to join the American Senior Communities Culinary team. The Server helps provide residents and their families with a positive dining experience through attentive service, meal-order taking, assistance with meal preparation, and upkeep of dining and kitchen areas. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service and willingness to help others with their needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Take residents’ meal orders as they are seated.
• Assist in preparing meal items.
• Bus tables and wash dishes.
• Keep the dining room and kitchen clean.
