About The Position

The Culinary Server at The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living contributes to providing residents with safe, nutritious, and delicious meals. The role assists with meal preparation and service and helps maintain a clean work environment. This is a part-time evening-shift position. Commitment to customer service.
Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

Sanitation or safe food-handling certification, unless required by state or federal agencies; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.
Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
Assist in preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ diet requirements.
Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
