About The Position

The Culinary Server at Rosewalk at Lutherwoods Assisted Living helps ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, and delicious meals. The role supports meal preparation and service and helps maintain a clean work environment. Servers partner with culinary leaders and service staff to provide residents with a positive dining experience while following menu and resident diet requirements.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in sanitation or safe food handling, unless required by state or federal agencies; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
