About The Position

The Culinary Server at Rosewalk at Lutherwoods Assisted Living contributes to providing residents with safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals. The role assists with meal preparation and service and helps maintain a clean work environment. This is a part-time evening-shift position. The posting also describes the role as a Culinary Aide.

Requirements

Commitment to customer service.
Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification, unless required by state or federal agencies; certification can be earned while employed with ASC.
Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
Assist with preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ dietary requirements.
Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
