About The Position

The Server creates memorable dining experiences by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, explaining menu items and specials, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit. The role serves food and beverages promptly and accurately, manages multiple tables, maintains clean and organized service areas, processes payments, and follows company procedures, safety practices, hygiene regulations, and applicable certification standards. Servers should be able to remain on their feet and lift, bend, and move throughout their shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior hospitality or food and beverage experience is a plus. Required certifications, such as Alcohol Awareness or a Food Handler’s Card, must be obtained and maintained as required by state regulations.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
Ability to lift, bend, move, and remain on one’s feet throughout a shift.
Must obtain and maintain required certifications, such as Alcohol Awareness or a Food Handler’s Card, as required by state regulations.

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Manage multiple tables while maintaining smooth service and clean, organized spaces, including during high-pressure periods.
Process transactions, close checks, and follow company and security protocols.
Maintain a clean and safe service area in accordance with hygiene regulations and certification standards.
Follow company procedures and safety practices.
