About The Position

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Server Assistant for The Pearl in Tampa. The role supports servers, hosts, managers, and other associates to deliver genuine hospitality and guest satisfaction. It calls for knowledge of service procedures, a willingness to help teammates, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Associates are expected to follow restaurant standards and procedures, maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time according to the work schedule and maintain a clean uniform and good personal hygiene throughout shifts.
Provide hospitality in line with restaurant standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist others with their duties as needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, local, and restaurant safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
Perform assigned duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
