About The Position

Manthey Hospitality is seeking a hospitality-driven Server for Craft Tampa, an upscale waterfront dining vessel in Tampa, Florida. Craft offers brunch and dinner cruises aboard a 121-foot European-inspired vessel docked adjacent to Sparkman Wharf. Its dining experience features an open-concept kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and chef-driven cuisine. The Server delivers polished, attentive service and helps create memorable guest experiences while representing the concept with professionalism and poise. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale dining, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge, or willingness to develop expertise.
• Exceptional hospitality, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Guide guests through menu offerings, daily features, wine selections, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders and coordinate timing with culinary and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages according to presentation and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and accommodations for dietary needs.
• Accurately process guest payments and handle transactions professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas.
• Work closely with the service team to provide a seamless, elevated guest experience.
