About The Position

As a Food Server at Lindsay's in the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on friendly, proactive guest interactions, knowledge of menu items and specials, accurate and prompt order service, maintaining a clean and stocked service station, and following applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly, upbeat experience for guests and look for ways to make their meal special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guests’ questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and promptly deliver completed orders.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
