About The Position

The Host/Hostess welcomes and escorts guests in the restaurant, creating memorable experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The role includes greeting guests and identifying their needs, managing seating and dining-room flow, responding to inquiries and requests, and supporting restaurant operations with opening and closing duties and service preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ascertain their needs quickly and effectively.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to ensure a smooth experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
