About The Position

Join Hen Quarter as a Server and embody the essence of Southern hospitality. Welcome guests, guide them through Southern flavors and craft cocktails, and deliver accurate, seamless service in collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams. Engage guests during lively brunch services and help create memorable dining experiences. Hen Quarter is a full-service restaurant inspired by Southern culinary traditions, serving crispy fried chicken and Southern classics with modern twists, including a weekend Endless Grande Buffet at its Prime location.

Requirements

Experience as a Server in a fine dining experience.
A great attitude and work ethic.
Must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts.
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25–35 pounds.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces.
Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely.
Strong balance and coordination while carrying food and beverages.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide warm Southern hospitality, welcoming guests and guiding them through menu offerings.
Take accurate orders and collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to provide timely service.
Create engaging brunch experiences during lively weekend services.
Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs to ensure a comfortable and memorable dining experience.
Resolve guest concerns professionally, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
