About The Position
Serve food to residents and guests in the community’s fine-dining, in-house restaurant as part of a team. The restaurant features made-to-order dining with fresh ingredients, fine china, and seasonal and regional menus. The role includes no late nights. Training is provided, and both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
- Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
- Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
- Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
- Help keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
- Maintain required food handler certifications.
