About The Position

Serve food to residents and guests in the community’s fine-dining, in-house restaurant. The restaurant offers made-to-order dining with fresh ingredients, seasonal and regional menus, signature dishes, and daily specials. The role includes training and emphasizes teamwork. No late nights are required. Part-time positions are available on Saturdays and Sundays across all shifts.

Requirements

• Maintain required food-handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
• Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write down food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food-handler certifications.
