About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Pinnacle Groves located in Rogers, AR. This PRN position offers a starting wage of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. We are looking for an energetic individual who will embrace our core values and contribute to a positive environment for our residents. The role involves being a welcoming host, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, or absences from meals.
