Server $15-$16/hr (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server for Pinnacle Groves located in Rogers, AR. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess strong English communication skills, have a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds. The role also requires assisting residents with mobility and ensuring criminal clearance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or absent residents.
