About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 44 properties currently in 7 states and employs nearly 2,500 employees! We are looking for someone to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, and a Titan of Tidiness. This role requires greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. It also involves prepping tables for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware, and bussing tables and sweeping floors. This is a part-time position at The Wildwood Senior Living located in Joplin, Missouri.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
• Must have a positive and energetic attitude
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
• Must be criminally cleared
