About The Position
Rodizio Grill at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is hiring energetic, friendly, and motivated Servers to provide exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced Brazilian steakhouse. Servers guide guests through the dining experience, deliver attentive service, and work with the restaurant team to create memorable visits. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Guide guests through the Brazilian steakhouse dining experience.
- Take accurate beverage, cocktail, and dessert orders.
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional service throughout each visit.
- Work with fellow servers, gauchos, bartenders, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
- Follow restaurant policies, food safety standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
