About The Position

Santikos is hiring a Server at its New Braunfels location to provide guests with exceptional food and beverage service in theater dining and entertainment settings. The role involves creating a friendly, interactive guest experience, taking and serving orders accurately and promptly, and responding attentively to guest requests. Servers must know the menu, verify that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old, and work with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate. The position also includes keeping the dining area clean and sanitized and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to make guests happy through service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with and collaborate with the theater team.
• Dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant.
• A current TABC license; certification assistance may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Give guest requests the highest level of attention at all times.
