About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive team environment. The work is physically demanding, requires staying on your feet and moving quickly, and may involve shifts of up to 10 hours and working in varied weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. The position offers a base rate of $10.00 per hour plus tips; the stated average tip amount is $7.25 per hour and is not guaranteed.
