About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, supporting the New Braunfels, Texas market, including New Braunfels, Seguin, Schertz, Cibolo, Guadalupe County, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. The Management Trainee starts learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving as a customer- and partner-facing representative while developing expertise in branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to manage a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and build relationships in the community while prioritizing customers. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88, based on an average 46-hour workweek. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
Must be at least 18 years old.
