About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the New Braunfels, Texas market, including New Braunfels, Seguin, Schertz, Cibolo, Guadalupe County, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license.
No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
