About The Position
All City Management Services is hiring multiple School Crossing Guards throughout New Braunfels, Texas, to support student safety. Crossing Guards help children safely travel to and from school while serving as a positive presence in the community. The position is part-time, with shifts before and after school dismissal, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedules are two hours per day. Guards working both assigned shifts receive additional paid bonus time, bringing total daily earnings to $51.00. The base pay is $17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must have strong communication and observation skills.

- Living near the assigned school area may help candidates arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings.
- Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions.
- Remain attentive and alert throughout assigned shifts.
