About The Position
All City Management Services is hiring multiple School Crossing Guards throughout Carrollton, Texas, to support student safety. Crossing Guards help children travel safely to and from school and serve as a positive presence in the community. The part-time role follows the local school calendar, with shifts before and after school, Monday through Friday. Typical schedules are about two hours per day. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive additional paid bonus time. Training and safety equipment are provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and observation skills.

- Living near the assigned school area may help candidates arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings.
- Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions.
- Remain attentive and alert throughout assigned shifts.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers.
- Follow company safety procedures and training guidelines.
