About The Position

Rose Senior Living is recruiting a hospitality-focused Server to join its culinary team. The role provides hands-on serving functions within the community and focuses on hospitality and creating an inviting dining atmosphere. The starting pay is $16 per hour, with a shift from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as a condition of employment. The community may also ask about vaccination status for MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, and flu.

Requirements

• Completion of at least sophomore year in high school.
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or receive an approved exemption as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community’s standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Follow food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and keep workstations in proper order.
• Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer relevant questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
