Server (Evenings, part-time)
About The Position
Rose Senior Living is recruiting a hospitality-focused Server to join its culinary team. The role provides hands-on serving functions within the community and supports an inviting dining atmosphere for residents and guests. The position is part-time, with a shift from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and starting pay of $16 per hour. Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or apply for and receive an approved exemption as a condition of employment. Other roles in the community may require disclosure of vaccination status for MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19.
Requirements
- At least completion of sophomore year in high school.
- Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or apply for and receive an approved exemption as a condition of employment.

- Experience in food service work.
- Experience working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
