About The Position

Sea Monkey is a recently opened restaurant and lounge seeking a Server to join their team. The establishment features a large, brand-new space and offers dinner service from Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late-night lounge. The menu focuses on Mediterranean dishes with coastal influences, emphasizing small bites and seafood. In the evenings, the venue transforms into a lounge/club with music, an extensive cocktail menu, and bottle service options.

Requirements

• Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Previous high-volume restaurant or club experience.
• Commitment to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a high-end, guest-centric manner.
• Manage orders for food and beverages, including cocktails and bottle service.
• Adapt to a transitioning environment from dinner service to a lounge/club setting.
• Work independently and proactively to ensure guest satisfaction.
