About The Position
Sea Monkey is a recently opened establishment with a large, brand new space, seeking a Bartender to join their team. They offer dinner service from Wednesday through Saturday evenings, transitioning into a late-night lounge. The menu includes Mediterranean dishes with coastal influences, focusing on small bites and seafood. In the evenings, the venue transforms into a lounge/club with music, an extensive cocktail menu, and bottle service options.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Previous high-volume restaurant or club experience.
- Commitment to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for lounge patrons.
- Manage bottle service operations.
- Maintain a high-end, guest-centric environment.
- Work independently and proactively to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
