About The Position

Sea Monkey is a recently opened establishment with a large, brand new space. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. Our menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, focusing on small bites and seafood offerings. In the evenings, we transition to a lounge/club setting featuring music, a large cocktail menu, and the option for bottle service. We are looking for a Bartender to join our team and contribute to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space.

Requirements

• Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Previous high volume restaurant or club experience.
• Commitment to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with guests to create a high-end, guest-centric experience.
• Manage a high-volume bar environment.
• Handle bottle service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Work independently and proactively.
