About The Position
We are looking for a Host / Server Assistant to join our team at Sea Monkey! Sea Monkey is a recently opened, high-end club and lounge space featuring a large, brand new space, including a beautiful, tucked away speakeasy. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, focusing on small bites and seafood offerings.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Previous high volume restaurant or club experience.
- Commitment to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
