About The Position

Serve food to residents and guests in SpringRidge’s fine-dining, in-house restaurant. The restaurant offers made-to-order meals with seasonal and regional menus, signature dishes, and daily specials. The company notes that there are no late nights. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
• Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen; serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
