Caregiver - SpringRidge
About The Position
SpringRidge Court is a CARF-accredited senior living community with 70 Assisted Living apartments and 14 Enliven Memory Care apartments. The Caregiver responds promptly and kindly to resident needs and assists with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. The role also involves helping residents transfer into and out of beds and wheelchairs, listening to residents’ stories, and working with the care team to provide a supportive care environment. Training is available for candidates with a heart for serving others. Pay is $19–$20 per hour, with a $3 per-hour differential for Friday through Sunday shifts.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Transport residents as needed and assist them into and out of beds and wheelchairs.
- Listen to residents’ stories.
- Work with the care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
