About The Position
SpringRidge Court is a CARF-accredited senior living community offering Assisted Living and Enliven Memory Care apartments. The Caregiver responds promptly and kindly to residents’ needs and assists with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Caregivers may transport residents and help them get into and out of bed or wheelchairs. The role works with a care team to provide a supportive care environment. Training is available for candidates with a caring service-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and kindly to residents’ needs.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Transport residents and assist them into and out of beds and wheelchairs.
- Work with the care team to provide the best possible care and environment.
