About The Position

This role is responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, providing menu recommendations, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and processing payments. The server will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes
• Basic sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
