About The Position

As a part-time Server in the community restaurant, you help create an enjoyable dining experience, build relationships with residents, and provide attentive service. Responsibilities include guiding residents through their meal and communicating their orders using the point-of-sale system.

Requirements

• Demonstrate compassion for residents, eagerness to learn, and a positive demeanor.
• If under 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization, if applicable.
• Hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state or county regulations.
• Have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties established by the community.
