About The Position

The Server at Lutie’s facilitates guest dining experiences by taking orders, anticipating guest needs, and delivering items efficiently. The role involves engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and beverages, providing heartfelt, high-quality service, and following Auberge Resorts Collection standards. Servers make thoughtful suggestions to promote unique menu items, enter orders and process billing accurately, and maintain restaurant equipment, fittings, and a tidy, organized outlet while following safe food-handling procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Maintain a superior professional appearance and manner and demonstrate good character when working in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as a food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience at a luxury hospitality property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, anticipate needs, and deliver all items efficiently.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals and provide heartfelt, high-quality service.
• Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling unique menu items.
• Accurately and quickly take and place orders, enter them into the POS system, and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Keep the restaurant and outlets tidy and organized and follow safe food-handling procedures.
