About The Position
Freedom Plaza is a retirement community in Sun City Center. The Server Assisted Living role provides dining service for residents and may also include some Utility Aide services. The server helps create a welcoming dining atmosphere and maintains the appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining area. The position is PRN, pays $15 an hour, and requires work from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Have an engaging and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
- Assist residents with food orders.
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Uphold community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Perform some Utility Aide services.
