About The Position

Freedom Plaza is a premier retirement community in Sun City Center. The Server Assisted Living position provides dining-room service to residents and includes some Utility Aide services. The role involves setting tables, taking and serving orders, assisting residents with food orders, and maintaining dining-room cleanliness and presentation standards. The stated schedule is 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and keep workstations in proper order.
• Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
• Assist residents with food orders.
• Maintain dining-room appearance and presentation standards.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Maintain community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Perform some Utility Aide services.
