About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a passionate, service-oriented Server Assistant to join its Food and Beverage team. The role supports exceptional dining experiences through attention to detail, teamwork, and genuine hospitality, helping create memorable guest moments while maintaining luxury service standards.

The position is based in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. Flexibility to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required based on operational needs. The role involves standing and walking for up to eight hours and lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock linen, china, silverware, and glassware, ensuring items are polished and in excellent condition.
• Welcome guests and assist with food and beverage service, explain menu offerings, and anticipate guest needs.
• Prepare condiments and garnishes to support efficient, consistent service.
• Assist with delivering food from the kitchen, safely transport trays, and clear tables while maintaining service standards.
