About The Position

The Server Assistant at Lone Mountain Ranch plays an important role in supporting exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position works closely with the restaurant service team to help ensure smooth, thoughtful, and attentive service throughout each meal.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, thrives as part of a team, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences through attentiveness, organization, and professionalism. Server Assistants help maintain the rhythm and flow of service while contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Ranch dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed during service
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods throughout shifts
• Ability to lift trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies as needed
• Basic computer and POS system familiarity preferred
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and accompaniments to guests promptly and accurately
• Assist with water, wine, bread, and table maintenance throughout service
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining clean and organized dining spaces
• Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Assist with side work, station setup, breakdown, and daily restaurant preparation
• Help with take-out orders, beverage preparation, and guest requests as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when needed
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while supporting overall guest satisfaction
