About The Position

The Server Assistant supports food and beverage operations by helping create memorable guest experiences and ensuring service runs smoothly. Duties may include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe workplace and quality standards, and presenting and communicating professionally. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
