About The Position

The Server Assistant supports the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality. The role helps create a positive guest experience by keeping dining areas ready, maintaining buffet stations, delivering food, and greeting or seating guests as needed. The position also supports smooth restaurant operations through teamwork, cleanliness, and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training is provided.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience.
• Experience in bussing, food running, or guest services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, maintain cleanliness and presentation, and assist guests as needed.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.
• Greet and seat guests and assist with reservations, waitlists, and host duties as required.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
• Keep side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and supervisor-assigned tasks to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
