The Server Assistant will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by supporting the dining room staff.

Requirements

• Availability to work through the fall preferred
• Superior organizational skills
• Can work well in a team setting
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Follows direction well
• Able to meet deadlines
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Being flexible with schedules and hours
• Able to work with cleaning chemicals/products
• Able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assisting the servers in the dining room by setting and resetting tables
• Refreshing water
• Carrying trays of food into the dining room
• Clearing tables
• Providing the highest levels of service and professionalism
• Performing all duties and adhering to the Chatham Bars Inn standards
