About The Position

Hai Hospitality's Uchiko Miami Beach is accepting applications for a Server Assistant. The role supports service at every level and helps create memorable guest experiences. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop into a server based on the employee's potential. Server Assistants earn an average of $800+ per week.

Requirements

Effectively communicate with guests, coworkers, and leadership, and understand directives.
Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, and reach to access areas and items.
Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and in a variety of hot and cold temperatures.
Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs.
Work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area.
Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors.

Responsibilities

Support service on every level and help create memorable guest experiences.
Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods; stock inventory and perform restocking duties.
Move tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements.
Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and knives.
Maintain an organized workspace, properly store supplies, and clean surfaces.
Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs.
Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming.
